The Goliath frog is normally found in and near fast-flowing rivers with sandy bottoms.

The goliath frog otherwise known as Goliath bullfrog or giant slippery frog (Conraua goliath) is arguably one of the famous frogs in the world. The frog is found in Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon.

Named the Goliath frog, it can grow up to be a foot long and weigh up to 8 lb. It’s the largest living frog on Earth.

It grows up to 12.5 inches (32 centimetres) long and can weigh up to 7.2 pounds (3.3 kilograms).

They have excellent hearing, but no vocal sac, so they don’t croak or make sounds.
